How Does This Program Work?
Our mission is to help anyone with any significant physical disability maintain or improve independence through in-home services. You'll be receiving help with meal preparation, personal hygiene, cleaning and more. Steadfast Home Healthcare acts as a fiscal agency that handles the responsibilities of the Personal Care Attendant's payroll and taxes, but the consumer (person in need of care) is the person managing the Personal Care Attendant.
Am I Eligible?
Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) assesses individuals that meet the minimum requirements of:
•At Least 18 years old.
•Medicaid eligible.
•Meet Missouri DHSS care level requirements.
•Physically disabled and able to live independently with an attendant.
•Have the ability to direct your caregiver.
•Live in St. Louis City, St. Louis County or Saint Charles, Missouri.
